GEORGIA ST., Vancouver, BC
This downtown Vancouver condo went through a huge transformation.  We painted the entire space & replaced the worn, dirty carpet with beautiful engineered hardwood.  The majority of the home owners furniture was removed & replaced with up to date & more contemporary pieces, artwork & accessories, appealing to the potential downtown younger buyers.                                    Georgia LR before

QUEBEC ST., Vancouver, BC
This was hardly a patio that a prospective buyer could imagine enjoying on a hot summer day with family & friends.  We power washed, unburied the table & bench, added some accessories and it was now a place anyone could imagine spending time.

WEST 23RD AVE., Vancouver, BC
This home on the west side housed a family of 20 years, along with their accumulated clutter.  The basement was being used as a classroom & certainly wouldn't appeal to the majority of home buyers.  We painted out the dated panelling, decluttered and converted the space into a media/rec room which was now far more appealing to families.Rec before

GEORGIA ST., Vancouver, BC
Hard to imagine a young couple or executive finding this bedroom in this trendy downtown highrise very inviting. With the faux finished walls & the black sheet as the drape, it just wouldn't be an easy sell. Painting the room & removing the sheet to expose the beautiful view of the north shore mountains, was a much better strategy. This bedroom was now bright, spacious & downtown chic.

FORGE WALK., Vancouver, BC
This bathroom needed a bit of an update.  We removed the towel rack which was oddly positioned above the toilet, updated the light fixture, added pulls to the vanity doors & gave it a fresh coat of paint. Adding a touch of pretty and it became much more glamorous.

CARDERO ST., Vancouver, BC
With the price of real estate in Vancouver, it is wise to maximize spaces to their best potential.  This one bedroom downtown condo was not making the best use of this very large storage space.  We cleared out the "stuff" & converted it into a home office, and listed it as a one bedroom & den, which in turn raised the listing price substantially.

FALSE CREEK, Vancouver, BC
We took this kitchen & gave it a facelift, while keeping the cost to a minimum. Adding a brighter neutral paint colour, black appliances & brushed nickle pulls on the cupboards, this kitchen was transformed into a space that was much more up to date & appealing.
