David Watts is a Vancouver based Notary Public specialising in Real Estate Conveyancing: acting for purchasers or sellers in the transaction as well as for home owners registering and discharging mortgages.  David also prepares Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements as well as providing general notarization services such as witnessing signatures and certifying documents.

Voted Runner Up in 2008 and Winner in 2009, 2010 and 2011 Best of Vancouver  “Lawyer/Notary when Buying or Selling Real Estate” by Georgia Straight readers; David provides prompt, efficient service for all of his clients.

David graduated with his Bachelor of Commerce (Urban Land Economics) from the University of British Columbia in 1995.  In 2006, David received his Commission to begin practice as a Notary Public.  In 2007, he received his Certified Seniors Advisor (CSA) designation.  David currently serves on the Board of Directors of the People’s Law School.  In March 2010, David became a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia (RI B.C.)  David also serves as a Director of the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia.
