Lyle Construction Ltd is a full service residential renovation company based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. We are a family run business headed by the two Lyle brothers Jason and Joshua Lyle; bringing to the table a combined experience of over thirteen years in the contracting/construction industry. The Lyle Brothers provide clients peace of mind by keeping projects organized and on budget, while maintaining excellent customer service and open lines of communication (something this industry lacks).
This strict adherence to client satisfaction coupled with the Lyle Brothers skills and excellent working relationship with their trades people, consistently creates a comfortable working environment. We are pleased to assist clients in retaining independent architects and designers with whom we have worked with in the past with great success, or foster new relationships using consultants chosen by the client.

JASON LYLE

Jason came out of Royal Roads University with a Business Degree and immediately became involved in the Construction industry working with a reputable commercial real estate development firm in Downtown Vancouver. Jason then changed directions slightly and started in the residential renovations/construction industry as a laborer at his brothers employer only 5 short years ago, working his way up to the role of project manager and eventually operations manager within the company. It was not long before the Brothers realized their dream of working for themselves was well within their reach and they branched off to start Lyle Construction Ltd. Incorporated in February 2011. Jason is responsible for the back end of the business and ensures all trades are organized/communicated to, takes care of estimating on new projects, responsible for all accounting (AP/AR), and business administration.
JOSH LYLE
Founder and Co-Owner
Joshua is a fully ticketed Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter; certified through the British Columbia Institute of Technology, BCIT. Josh has been working in the Construction industry for eight plus years with a handful of companies in all facets of the renovations world. Josh has led many multi million dollar renovations, house lifts, and new builds to a successful finish with satisfied clients. Josh takes care of everything on the building side of the business and runs multiple crews on multiple projects at any given time. As LCL Superintendent Josh ensures the highest quality on every project is maintained from start to finish, keeping all clients satisfied.
