Sunrise with Fresh Snow on North Shore Mountains
I have lived in Vancouver all of my life and can't imagine leaving. This growing city has a lot going for it, but one of my favorite things, especially being in Downtown Vancouver; is the way the city looks a sunrise with fresh snow on the local mountains.
To be in a Yaletown Condo and glance out the window as the gray city turns gold is a remarkable sight. Looking up at the Lions as well as Grouse and Cypress, are truly majestic. I don't know how many of truly appreciate what beautiful city we live in.
In my business doing Real Estate Transfers, a lot of people ask me about what I think about the future of prices and values in the Vancouver Real Estate Market. My crystal ball is not much better than anyone else's but what I can always say is that Vancouver is one the most beautiful metropolitan cities is the world, has a moderate climate, low pollution, is comparatively low crime, and has relatively unlimited clean fresh drinking water. In the long term, these factors will continue to draw people to Vancouver.
For me, watching the sun rise over the city is reason enough. I've purchased in Vancouver and I'm not going anywhere.
