This adorable little condo on the east side was recently listed at $299,000, about $10,000 above market value for the neighbourhood. Focusing on staging it for the demographics, I made it somewhat funky, quite colourful & a little bit whimsy. Within 4 days, it was purchased by a young couple at full asking price. This more than tripled the return on the homeowners staging investment.
