Selling high-end luxury homes is not the same as a townhouse or condo. 6888 Adera St was listed for over $3,000,000 and required a unique and specific buyer. The market in Vancouver has taken a bit of a turn decreasing the number of sales- a major influence was consumer confidence. Finding a local buyer was going to be a challenge so we had to look overseas. We have a very aggressive marketing program and are able to market our listings all over Asia. A buyer from Hong Kong fell in love with the home and financing seemed not to be an issue.
